Frad\u00e9 entstand aus dem Wunsch der Br\u00fcder Francesco und Federico Piaggi,\u00a0<\/span>biologische Rot-, Wei\u00df- und Schaumweine zu produzieren und damit\u00a0<\/span>ein junges und dynamisches Produkt zu kreieren, das beim Schutz und der N\u00e4hrstoffversorgung des Bodens der Weinberge den Vorgaben des \u00f6kologischen Landbaus folgt, bei dem nur nat\u00fcrliche Substanzen verwendet werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Produktion in den Weinbergen wird limitiert, damit die Pflanzen nicht gestresst werden und die aus ihren Trauben gewonnenen Weine gener\u00f6s, authentisch und kraftvoll sind.\u00a0Der <\/span>Weinbau auf dem Landgut Boffenisio und Cattabrega im Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>erfolgt streng biologisch und ist zertifiziert. Er erm\u00f6glicht die Produktion von qualitativ hochwertigen Trauben, die in einem besonderen Mikroklima im Weingut heranwachsen und von Hand in Kisten geerntet werden, wobei die Trauben \u2013 basierend auf ihren jeweiligen Reifungszustand \u2013 ausgelesen werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir sind zwischen den Feldern aufgewachsen, doch als wir den Ortsteil Boffenisio zum ersten Mal sahen, wurden wir von einem Gef\u00fchl der W\u00e4rme \u00fcbermannt und von den D\u00fcften berauscht. Es war im Sp\u00e4tfr\u00fchling, die Weinberge sahen wie ein gr\u00fcner Teppich aus, der in einer nat\u00fcrlichen Mulde lag, und der Wald kr\u00f6nte die Abh\u00e4nge, als wolle er die ewige Frucht sch\u00fctzen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir kehrten im Herbst zur\u00fcck, das Gr\u00fcn wich den Farben, die wie oxidiert aussahen, in einer Palette von Braun-, Rot- und Gelbt\u00f6nen und die D\u00fcfte waren ver\u00e4ndert, wie stabilisiert.\u00a0Dann kamen wir noch einmal als eine wei\u00dfe und stille Decke aus Schnee \u00fcber allem lag, dann w\u00e4hrend der Bl\u00fctezeit mit den D\u00fcften des Fr\u00fchlings. Und dann wurde der Traum wahr, an diesem Ort, an dem sich die Sch\u00f6nheit ohne Atempause pr\u00e4sentiert – Gebr\u00fcder Piaggi<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Frad\u00e9 entsteht aus einer Idee der Br\u00fcder Piaggi: Francesco, der Erstgeborene Jahrgang 1994 und Federico, der 1996 geboren wurde,\u00a0<\/span>beide junge Weinbauern aus dem Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese.<\/span><\/p>\n

Der Name Frad\u00e9, der im Dialekt des Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese “Fratelli\u201c, also Br\u00fcder bedeutet, ist auch das Akronym der Anfangsbuchstaben der Vornamen Francesco und Federico, genannt Dede.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Das Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese erstreckt sich in der Lombardei entlang des 45. Breitengrads in einem Gebiet, das klimatisch und morphologisch besonders\u00a0<\/span>gut f\u00fcr den Weinbau und der zertifiziert biologischen Weinerzeugung geeignet ist<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Weinerzeugung geeignet ist. Die h\u00fcgelige Beschaffenheit der Landschaft und die lehm- und kalkhaltigen Mergelb\u00f6den sind das ideale Habitat f\u00fcr Trauben-Qualit\u00e4ten, wie Sp\u00e4tburgunder, Croatina, Riesling und andere autochthone und internationale Rebsorten.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Landg\u00fcter Boffenisio, ehemals Buffinisio, sowie Cattabrega befinden sich in einer nat\u00fcrlichen Mulde zwischen den H\u00fcgeln in der Gemeinde Borgo Priolo, einem Amphitheater mit Blick auf den Wildbach Coppa.<\/span><\/p>\n
